With an approach that relies on consultation, we allow the design to evolve naturally into a contemporary architectural solution that meets the needs of the location, schedule and budget.
We are guided by the conviction that architecture should improve people's comfort levels and relationships, both with each other and with the space that surrounds them. Our plans are guided by the space, without falling back on standards of style, but searching for each project to be unique. TEAM
SERGIO TOMÁS
Sergio's career as an architect began in 2005, when he founded his studio, Sergio Tomás Arq&ectos, in Sagra, whilst working with Enrique Pastor Bonet's office. He later moved to Jávea. His constant goal throughout his career has been to come up with spatial solutions that are one step ahead of the client's expectations, and this skill has marked the success of each project.
Sergio Tomás is also chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects.
Working with his team, Sergio applies his architectural sensibilities to exclusive homes to reflect the client's tastes and style, through constant dialogue with them from start to finish. Aesthetics with character, serene beauty, balance and proportion are the cornerstones of each of the projects he takes on.
ARQ&ECTOS
Our studio in Jávea, Alicante, is a space for communication and the exchange of ideas, where a multidisciplinary team of architects, technical architects and engineers give shape to the experience of each project, from its origins to the final realization. Along the way, through each floor, each elevation and each detail of the construction, the studio's own qualities shine through: rigour in execution, technical ability, aesthetics with character and a constant balance of form and function.
PARTNERS
The studio can put together dynamic work teams at the request of the client and/or the needs of the project. In this way we manage to provide a global service following a coordinated line of style. We regularly collaborate with Jaume Pastor Estudio de Interiorismo as well as with other professionals in the fields of construction, engineering, urban planning, real estate development and landscaping.
